The Thermal Circuit of Alday is an oasis of tranquillity and well-being, ideal to recover the lost vitality and to enjoy the different hydrotherapy techniques.

The circuit has a Spa zone with a dry Thermal and a humid one with cromotherapy and aromatherapy; an exclusive smells shower, Jacuzzi, a cold kettle and a perfect relax swimming pool to 34ºC to rest floating in the water.

In addition, there is a dynamic swimming pool with water manifold technical: geísseres sub aqueous, river to swim crosscurrent, water cascade, swan necks, back bank (cervical and back-lumbar), water beds, high Jacuzzi, channel of spurts for the legs, subaqueous spurts to different heights.

This is complemented with a flebotonic channel with different temperatures to fortify the ankles and to improve the circulation of the legs.
